Reuse serial number

Hi guys,

We (I) quantity adjusted in a serial tracked part against a couple of serial numbers in error. I have adjusted these out of stock now, but I would now like to reuse these serial numbers by receipting them in against a PO. However, I can’t see a way to delete the serial numbers.

Hi Jonathan,

Once a Serial number / Part number combination key is used (have SN trans for it), you cannot delete it using Epicor.
