Restore database error in application

Hi all,

We did a Test restore from Production in Epicor10 (very first time), following the instructions of restore.
Stop app pool
stop the sgent
backup production
restore in Test
start appl pool
start agent

everything went good on the process. Restore was successful.

When we try to open the Company Configuration Menu in TEST it is showing the following uploaded error.

Can you please help ?

As the error says, to get more detailed information you need to check the Event Viewer on the app server to further troubleshoot.

It is probably that the data model has changed in LIVE.

Go into the Epicor Admin Console
Under Database Management, regenerate the data model for the Test DB
