Resources for finding Controllers, CFO, Accounting staff already familiar with Epicor 10?

Is there a good resource for finding folks who are familiar with E10? I am not looking for an IT consultant or developer, I’m actually looking for help in our Finance/Accounting group. I’m not necessarily looking for a resume, just an idea of what I can search for if that makes sense? Do you all typically just bring on regular accounting folks and train them or are you finding Epicor trained people in the wild?

Functional consultant is what you want.
And there are many out there. Any partner worth their salt will have a few of these on staff

For permanent position you probably need to train in house with the aid of one of those consultants.
