Is there a way to resequence sales order (and quote) lines?
If a line is deleted from a sales order, the line number is not
recovered. When lines are copied from prior orders or quotes, the new
line #s might leave gaps, or might not be in the desired order.
This creates gaps in the line numbers, and/or prevents the lines from
printing in our preferred order.
