The Send Email task, as well as sending emails from the Actions menu, are functioning as expected, but the Request Mobile Approvals task is not. Has anyone run across this issue before and found a resolution?

Unfortunately no. Maybe the cloud is blocking the mobile approval bc they didn’t set it up correctly on the server.

Part of this may be due to who it is configured in the workflow. It seems that if you use the Request Approval task before a Request Mobile Approval task that the email notification for approval will not send.
