Okay, roast me. How do you create/send an RFQ from Epicor? We do not have the web module and unfortunately no one has been able to provide information on the RFQ module. Help?
RFQs are part of the Buyer Workbench, which is part of the Supplier Relationship Management module.

You can open the Buyer Workbench program, go to Help > Application Help to see what’s in there, or you can open the Embedded Education and look through the Buyer Workbench Education Course.
