Hello all, having a peculiar issue with a specific reporting style not printing. The report style is for job traveler. You can print preview and print to PDF just fine, however the report does not physically print at all. All other report styles are printing as expected. Unsure of where to start on this one.
Are you talking about sending the report directly to the printer? Can you print the previewed PDF?
@NateS printing the report directly is the issue. We can print the report once it’s opened in the PDF software, but it’s just extra steps that aren’t required for any of our other report styles.
I am not sure what would be causing this. Look out for breaking/routing rules that might be applied on the style.
