I have a fruastrating issue where some users when printing a a4 sized report to a network printer, are accidentally selecting a label printer - resulting in 100’s of labels coming through the printer.
Is there a way in controlling who can print to where in kinetic? or any way around this please?
Remove their access to the label printer if they don’t need to print labels? Set the correct printer as their default printer in windows and teach them to print preview then print from adobe (or whatever) so it will default automatically for them?
How do i remove access to the label printers? all printers are setup in epicor and users use network printer option where they are all located.
