Report Needed - production detail report

Good Afternoon,

My boss has asked to to reproduce the production detail report and add a
calculation to it. Has anyone reproduced this report and willing to
share? Or is there away to export this information to excel or access?
Is anyone doing this? Are you willing to share the excel file?

I have been trying to do this for awhile now and can not get it right -
they (the higher ups) are getting anxious now.

My boss is diligently asking me for a report to show labor reporting
abnormalities. Such as over/under reporting. I have been writing and
re-writing an exception report but cannot seem to get a decent one.

Basically we just want to see labor quantities on operations that vary. Ex.
if op 10 reports 10 pieces and op 20 reports 12 pieces, this cannot be
(unless we are producing rabbits.

If anyone has a good labor reporting variance report that the Foreman can
scan I would be very appreciative.
