Report for hours billed in month Vantage 6.0

Does anyone know of a report that will give the labor and burden
hours billed in a particular time frame? I can get the hours earned
through the Employee Efficiency Report, but I don't know the hours
billed to our customers. The goal is to have some Earned vs Billed
hours summary for each month.
