SPELL-NUMBER(InvcHead.InvoiceAmt) + " dollars and " +

How could I spell on Report Builder an amount in dollars and cents.
Example: I have an amount of $728.48 then the calculation is..

SPELL-NUMBER(InvcHead.InvoiceAmt)

This will spell: SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT

and stops, how can I get the .48 cents in the calculation?
