Are you printing from print preview?
If so we did encounter a condition where our reports were locked to a specific printer type
when printing from print preview.
Try printing the report without previewing it first.
Note: I have not been able to explain this phenomenon as yet.

I have developed certain reports in report builder concerning
inventory information. I am having a problem when printing these
reports from other individual's workstations. When I print the
reports within customer report link in Vantage from my computer, the
report prints fine. When I print to the same laser printers from
custom report links on other workstations the report prints ascii
text ex. *&J%^%^G.

If anyone has encountered the same problem, your assistance would be
appreciated.
