Refresh PartBin & Part Quantities and Allocations

Hello!

I need to run two utilities and I was wondering about how long these might take? It is for one part. I have been advised to make sure no users are connected when running these, so I need to decide when is best based on the average length of time.

  • Refresh PartBin QOH from PartTran (ONLY PART SPECIFIC) (Report and Update)
  • Refresh Part Quantities and Allocations (ONLY PART SPECIFIC) (Report and Update)

Just run it in Report Only mode first - that should give you an idea looking at System Monitor the amount of time it will take. For a single part I would expect it to be quick, but does obviously depend on the volume of transactions relating to that single part number.
