Refresh Dashboard on Save

I understand that this may have already been answered somewhere but I cannot find a clear answer and I feel that this is pretty simple. Many threads are discussing using an embedded dashboard but this is just a normal dashboard. I would like to refresh the updatable dashboard right after a user clicks save.

Currently I have a customization on the dashboard using the Form Event wizard that doesn’t seem to work.

I am assuming this is a pretty easy fix I am just not familiar at all with this type of customization.

I have switched it to “SaveMenuTool” instead but it is giving an Application error:
" is neither a DataColumn nor a DataRelation for table Results."

You should customize the deployed assembly, there are a lot of things you cannot do inside the dashboard maintenance “customization” Yes you can refresh the dashboard from inside the customization all you need to do invoke the refresh command. MainController.AppControlPanel.HandleToolClick("RefreshTool", new Infragistics.Win.UltraWinToolbars.ToolClickEventArgs(MainController.MainToolManager.Tools["RefreshTool"], null));
