You can edit the template in general ledger, setup, recurring journal.
This is also where you can add additional entries or delete obsolete
ones.

When we first created these, we had a set of numbers that were good for
a couple of years. Well since then things have changes so the numbers
are different.

Every month when we go to post these entries, we have to edit them. Is
there a way to keep these numbers so that I am not editing these every
month? I am not able to save these for some bizarre reason.
