Kinetic Transfer Order Receipt on Direct Ship Pack Slip - Part Num shows Invalid Date
Instead of a Part Number, the lines have “Invalid Date”.
Is anyone doing Transfers with Direct Shipments successfully in Kinetic UX?
My Tijuana team is pushing to use Kinetic UX. Their recent problem is that we cannot receive inter-site transfers in Kinetic. This was happening in 2022.1.16. We just moved up to 2022.2.26. Same problem in both versions. In my TEST, using Menu Mnt I have taken customizations out of Modern UX. I have changed Form to Use to Kinetic. There are no App Studio layers in either Transfer Order Shipment or Receive Transfer Order.
This is happening in both my Mexico and US companies. Support suggested new part numbers for testing. Same results.
I have screen shot of KineticUX Transfer Order Shipment tracker with valid Part Numbers on the lines. I have screen shot of KineticUX Receive Transfer Order lines showing “Invalid Date” for the Part.
