Receipt Entry - Received All Get Error

When user click the received all check box in Receipt Entry, there is an error prompt to warning the lot will be negative inventory. The warning part number is the receipt lines we have partial received before and changed to other location. I may know the system may try to unreceived the receipt line which i received before when click the received all. Is it a bug in Epicor? How can i fix it?
We are currently using the Epicor 10.2.200.5. Thanks!

Has someone issued the parts to a job before you correct the receipt? If so, then that would make the original location negative.

@JoeChung you have to move them back to the location the receipt went to. As @Beth suspects the location will go negative.

However, those partial received lines are already picked to other location for shipment. We have do partial receive because our client may urgent for some part.

@JoeChung You will have to do an adjustment since the receipt can’t be fixed.

I don’t think adjust the quantity is a solution. It makes the total quantity of that part is more than i have in real.

Is there a way to make the Epicor that don’t unreceived the receipt line if the receipt line is already do the partial receive?

Or Epicor can fix this problem by patch?

If you book additional into the receipt to the correct (You should be able to do to this without editing the PO) by clicking New Receipt Line & Search for the Line/Release and rebook the same line into the correct location then inventory transfer to the ‘wrong’ location you will be able to delete the original receipt line.
If that doesn’t work then I agree with Greg that an adjustment is the fix. I know it’s not an ideal solution but you can reference POs for traceability.

but it is not solution.

Those is not a good solution. Can Epicor fix this problem by patch?
