Pretty evident based on the title, but I am wondering why only certain fields have an ‘Open With’ context menu, but some don’t?
For example, PO, Job, Warehouse and PCID are fields that have the ‘Open With’ context menu, but the Part field, which I consider pretty important and frequently used, doesn’t?
I’m running the web version of the Receipt Entry screen and running some tests.
My Part field’s Open With seems to work fine.
Maybe were you trying to right-click from within the “Our Part” field?

My apologies if I didn’t make it clear, I’m using the Kinetic web form version of the screen. And it’s the below field.

I pulled up my Kinetic version, and I am still able to right-click and get an Open With menu. What happens when you right-click in this field (assuming it’s populated, obviously)?
Yes it’s a populated field. I get the Context menu showing with a ‘Loading’ icon.
Then when it looks like it finishes loading…nothing…
And then when I right click the field after that, nothing.
I’ve tried every browser I have: Chrome, Edge, Firefox
Are you the only person experiencing this? Do you have any personalizations on this form? Maybe try to Reset to Defaults.
Yeah this works fine on Classic.
Other users are experiencing the issue. No customisations or personalisations on the form.
This is a really weird issue and I can’t figure this out at all. I see a ‘Loading’ popup for the Context menu, but when it does load it just goes away, and then after that when I right click, it’s like the system doesn’t register that a right click has happened.
I don’t have any browser extensions that could be blocking this either.
Any BPMs?

Hmm yeah that’s tricky…Does it load correctly for anyone?
Nope nobody. Right click does work on other fields in the screen though, so I assumed this would work for the part field.
