Re-using a PO# that was accidentally deleted - Vantage 8.03

Hi Mike,

We had the same issue here.  You can go into the Company Configuration and temporarily change the starting PO to a lower number (lower than the po # you are trying to recreate)  After you have recreated your po #, set the starting po# back to what it was.

Worked perfectly for us.

We have a purchase order that was created and used and it got accidentally deleted so our Purchasing guy was going to “re-create” it to get it back in the system but Vantage will NOT let us re-create the PO with that same #, we get a message saying that the “Purchase Order is NOT on file.  You must use a number less than 100 or enter 0 to allow the system to assign the number”.  Is there a way around this????
