Try tracing the quantity onhand not in a bin thru the parts transaction
detail for a matching qty, the transaction detail will give you a time
reference when was done.

In the "DB Conversions" there is a utility titled something like "Fix on
hand qty for invalid Bins" that might help. The numbers for the conversion
utilities vary by release, but in 4.0 it's 5030. Which version ya' running?

That's a fairly serious thing to have bunged up though, and could be a sign
of bigger DB problems, like corrupt data or indices. Best to check in with
tech support before doing anything.
