Hi , does anyone know of a report that will give me all raw material that is reported on the Balance Sheet at a given time that is NOT allocated to a particular job in WIP or Backlog?
I need to have the report show on hand and unit price among other items such as part number, bin, lot, description, and warehouse location.
I appreciate your assistance.

stock status should show you that i believe…
Stock Status won’t take into consideration any allocations.
A BAQ Report or a Dashboard will be required.

The PartBin table can give you the QOH by bin and warehouse, Partwhse(maybe PartPlant) can give you the allocated qtys per part number by warehouse. Link in the PartCost table to get the cost.
The GL account for your raw materials will include QOH even if it is allocated. But not once it’s been issued to a job. So this report would never add up to be the total of your Inv Acct - unless you had zero backlog.
