I don’t know why this is hapenning. I select the the customer in the quote, then clic New Line and write the PartNum. At first, the unit price displayed is right but when I edit the Expected Quantity, for instance, fom 100 to 1, the unit price changes to zero.
Anyone knows why this is happening?

Do you have price lists and break quantities? Possibly 0 set on the price for qty of 1? Try changing it from 100 to 99 and see what happens.

I just noticed that this happens when I add a line with a part that have checked the RunOut checkbox. I also noticed the Quantities Section is empty when RunOut = true. I’ve already reported this case to Epicor, so I hope they can solve this issue. It would help if anyone else can test this configuration in their environment.
I’ve seen this. You need to use the Worksheet tab to set a unit price that displays in the Quantities grid you’ve highlighted.
