Hello, on our quote screen we have a product with unit price of 162.27 which is a manually entered price however when we converted the quote it was pulling the price from the top right screen.
Where is the $601.00 price coming from? Is that from a price list?
If so, there is an “Override Price List” checkbox just below your manually entered price value which may help get the correct value to change.
Unfortunately, we do not use price lists, so not 100% sure if that’s the issue.
Hello the original prices pull from the price list if we offer customers discount we may change the unit price however when we convert it to a sales order two of the lines reverted back to the price from the price list.
