Quote Entry - Salespersons

I checked there, but what i dont understand is that there are about 5
or 6 salespersons listed, but only the primary and the one that is
troublesome are being listed on the quote.

We are running into a problem with quote entry. For some reason, when
the quote is created, it pulls in 2 salespersons. One of these
salesperson shows up on every quote on the system. we looked through
the customer entry, that led to nothing. We looked at the right
salesperson's authorized users and the 2nd saleperson isnt even an
authorized user of the right saleperson.

The reason we are trying to figure this out is because it is adding a
task to the quote with the wrong saleperson's name on it and it will
not let you modify the quote until that task is complete.

Does anybody know what is going on here. I have a call into epicor, but
she said when she hangs up, she will call me back to do a webex. Guess
what, i never received a phone call. So if anyone here can help me i
would appreciate it.

Brad
The sales person comes from the territory assigned to the customer. You can multiple sales persons assigned to a specific territory. One is usually the default but not necessarily. I would start my inquiry there.

Subject: [Vantage] Quote Entry - Salespersons
