Hello,
We are getting details in our quotes. When we go to get details in a job we pull from the quote.
We have a quote that shows 3 sub assemblies in the method, but when we get details in the job entry screen and choose the quote method, only 2 of those assemblies are coming through.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Is one of the assemblies marked as a Phantom BOM in part maintenance?
Check for Phantom BOM first and foremost. And you are in the newest Kinetic?
Make sure you have the assemblies sequenced in the method maybe? I forget how this went. I feel like we would have submitted a case.
Hello @zwilli526 , some of the ones that we are trying to pull are part on the fly sub-assemblies.
Do we need to create the sub assembly first in part record before we can get details?

Are you saying that you created a quote, call it quote 123, and in that quote you have a part on the fly subassemblies with details?
And are you also saying that you created another quote, call it quote 8910, and you are trying to reference details in quote 123 and it’s not pulling correctly?
Nah, that’s cool. Just wanted to fully understand what you were doing.
I don’t know what happened with this. If I did get anywhere with it I would’ve logged a case with Epicor.
My former colleagues could try to look it up maybe.
Have you been able to replicate this over and over again?
Can you give me the steps to do this?
Yes we were able to replicate this…
1.) Created a quote with two lines items, identical part
2.) Made an MOM on the first line with 3 layers of subassemblies
3.) Went to second line and attempted to copy the MOM of the first line, not all subassemblies/details gets copied. Some details are missing… It seems like it only take the first layer of subassemblies.
