old contacts though.

Okay, I know this might be a futile attempt, but the powers-to-be wants to
know and I really can't say that is how it is - 100%. So here it goes.
Is there any way to get rid of a Contact name that is associate to an old
quote?

We have Contacts that have retired, left, etc. from companies and can't get
rid of them, because we like to keep old quotes for reference. We really
don't need 5 and more contacts for a customer, when only 1 of them is valid.
Any ideas?
