Does anyone know where this field is that is missing that is required for us to send UPS EEI? We are testing QuickShip 2023.1 in Kinetic 2023.2 Test environment and we are getting this error. If we uncheck UPS EEI then the international shipment goes through successfully.
I have followed this EpicCare guides: KB0121535 and KB0101211 with no luck. We had a meeting with Epicor on QuickShip training and even our consultant had no idea what was missing.
I have tried to google this error and did not really get anywhere with that either.
This is the test environment and we are setup through the UPS and Fedex test accounts. Epicor set up our test QuickShip Environment. So I am unsure if we have to setup paperless invoicing on the UPS website for the test account?
My understanding is the quickship paperless setup is legacy now that UPS redid their API service. I do not know about the API revision used on UPS test site.
So what you are saying it most likely UPS EEI is going to be broken until QuickShip updates their software to be compatiable with UPS’s API service? Let me try to see if we can do it through fedex without an error. This would be Fedex Electronic Trade Documents correct? Apologies I am still learning QuickShip!
I ran across this very same issue. If the total value exceeds $2500, you will need to have the UPS EEI checked. If it’s less than that, it must be unchecked.
I also had several hoops to jump through when the shipment was above $2500. Following KB0121535 got us close. We had another UOM problem where I followed KB0120501 to resolve.
