QuickShip Timeout Error

Getting a random problem with timeout errors. Not happening on all shipments, just occasional. Any ideas where I can bump up the timeout to 0:45 or 0:60 seconds?

Ice.Common.EpicorServerException: The request channel timed out attempting to send after 00:00:30. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.

—> System.TimeoutException: The request channel timed out attempting to send after 00:00:30. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.

—> System.TimeoutException: The HTTP request to ‘http://ADDRESS-REDACTED/EpicorFreightService.svc?regCode=REDACTED’ has exceeded the allotted timeout of 00:00:30. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.

There is a timeout setting on the binding in IIS. Mine is 120.

QS support is very good. I would ask them.

Will check/fix IIS…thanks for the heads-up.

Already have a ticket open - also having an issue with logging in via browser (I don’t use QS)…they recommended patching Quickship in the middle of a business day…not happening.

Workstation settings - ours were set to 0, changed to 300 per Epicor tech…we’ll see where this takes us.
