QuickShip - LTL Rate Shopping - Release Notes say 2021.1 is supported

Reaching out to see if anyone has any info for me.

QS 2024 Release notes state that K2021.1 is supported, without any indication of a specific function not being supported (that I can find). We have K2021 and the appropriate module/license for LTL rate shipping via CH Robinson all set up, and everything works when freighting Parcel shipments, BUT Rate Shopping and Freighting does not work for LTL. When you click the rate shopping button, Kinetic pops a window with the “Loading Quick Ship…” message but never gets any further. And when trying to freight LTL, I get the ‘unexplained’ error.

Anyone got an old version working?

I don’t have rate shopping, but if you have the carrier xml files being created there should be the request and response files in there with clues about where the breakdown is happening.

Not even getting that far @gpayne - that’s sort of the problem. Something changed in post K20-21 and/or QS 2024 that breaks the API call from Kinetic to QS cloud. Support could not determine what’s going on, and there is no logging for this stage of the process.
