We have seen the issue in Manifest where the contact on the sales order is being ignored unless you go in and manually change it in Manifest. It always just uses whatever contact was used last.
Does anyone know if this issue exists in Quickship? We want the shipment to go to whomever the contact is on the sales order.

We are trying to get it set up and our trainer told us that it pulls from Customer> Ship To> Detail
I have a case open with Epicor now regarding this. What I saw when reviewing the XML files is Epicor sends over the ShipTo Customer record phone number or (if a ShipTo ShipTo record is populated) then it sends the ShipTo ShipTo record phone number and completely ignores contact phone numbers.
I think Epicor should send over the phone number that appears on the OrderHed Ship To Phone Number (this will display the contact phone number if a contact is selected, or the ShipTo ShipTo record phone number is no contact phone number is entered, or the ShipTo Customer contact phone number, or the ShipTo Customer record phone number if no contact phone number is entered).
If none of my list of phone numbers is available, then QuickShip populates the Facility (company site) phone number that is entered in QuickShip (yes, this shows the shippers phones number in the BOLs we have tested).
