Has anyone found a workaround for this particular Quickship error? When we first went to Epicor and serialized products, we unfortunately went with a UOM called “EA-SN” since we could not just stock them in each (this had to do with us stocking some parts in fractional eaches).
We find that only UPS comes up with this error, not Fedex. UPS however is how some of our customers prefer our product to be shipped. Thanks!
