@Beth@utaylor from the upgrade guide to 2022.1.2 it has this regarding custom reports. The rpt files are in the Reports folder.
Verify Custom Report Names
If you have custom reports, you may need to update the base copies of the Crystal Reports created
during the Quick Ship installation to reflect the changes made.
Go to the Reports folder in your current environment and identity any reports that have been
customized.
Copy these reports to your new Quickship\Printjobs folder. You may need to test these reports
to see if they are still functional or updates/rebuilds are needed.
If I remember correctly the XML data for the crystal reports are generated under the EpicorData\Reports<User folder>. At least that’s what is was in the E9 days.
Rereading your post…I think you already knew that…
Quick ship may be different…But to confirm It’s always good to do a quick test (pardon the pun)…
Does anyone know if there’s the ability to modify the data that is sent over from Epicor, to QuickShip in the xml file? Haven’t found anything like a ‘data definition’ in QS, but wondering if there is any ability to modify the data definition that generates the xml? I think the answer is ‘no’ but hoping someone may have a solution!
Thanks very much!
