Quick search........something silly i've missed, right?

epicor version 9.05.701

Referring to the screenshot below…(in the process "receipt entry)

  1. I clicked to the right of the word BIN and selected quick search entry.
  2. I filled in the pop up box to the right of the screen. Tested the results and clicked save.
  3. When i click the word bin and go to the quick search tab, shouldn’t i see the quick search listed in there?

What does your Quick Search Maintenance screen look like? Did you click shared?

Hi Mark,

You say you are doing a bin search, but you are doing a PartWhse search. I think this might be your problem.

so somehow i need to change the context key? in the QS criteria? to just bin search?
I can’t seem to be able to edit it

Huh. And if you click the one above it, Warehouse Bin Search, it doesn’t show up under the quick search tab?

Frankly Mark, I like it better where it’s showing up in the Open with.
BTW I tested in our db and I get the same strange behavior. I even clicked for the QS to show up in “All occurrences”. I get it on the Open with but not in the expected QS tab (10.1.600.20). I am returning BinNum too, per below.
