We are considering having Epicor doing an interface between our custom autocad system that we have developed and the Eipcor 803.
Epicor had stated that they will maintain (at no cost) any changes to the custom code they develop that are needed when new patches to 803 come out and will test that their custom code with any new patches. As for new versions they will test and fix at a minimal cost.
Have those of you that have had custom code written by Epicor found this to be the case?
What has your experience been with Epicor custom development?
Would you do it again? Was it worth the cost?
