Does anyone know how to cancel the print queue for Epicor? Its trying to print a large table but seems to have froze in the process. Epicor is still usable but I cannot select other print jobs from the Data Dictionary Field Report.
I believe a we told you so is in order here… somewhere 
All joking aside, you may have to recycle the app server do you have a separate app server for printing? If not you’ll need to recycle the main app server.
Is the job showing active in the System Monitor?
I removed the process from the system monitor but it keeps coming back…
GO into System Monitor and Select the Active Process and Hit Delete (it should switch to canceling)
If that doesn’t do it, you’ll have ot restart the app server, and probably set the Task Status to Canceled (outside convectional means) call Epicor support they can help with that.

I restarted the server but no luck. The process appears to be jammed somewhere. When I started the print preview there were no active tasks.
you need to go outside the norm and remove the process from SQL at this point. But that’s something that support needs to help you with. Call epicor support they can provide a fix.
