I can duplicate this also. RMA Dispositions is using ReasonType "D" not "A".

Funny that Support could not duplicate, even when creating a new company, in
5.20.320. I wonder if the issue was really understood and they were trying
the same thing.

item, fail a quantity, I get the DMR reason codes not the RMA codes. If I
then go into RMA processing and look at the detail lines the reason codes
are the RMA codes. Very strange.
We're on 320, I can duplicate.

Made a discovery yesterday and was wondering if anyone else using QA modules
sees this behavior. Tech Support says it has not been reported before and
they can't duplicate in 5.20.320.
In RMA Disposition none of the RMA type reson codes (entered via QA mod
Reason Code Maint) show up in the drop down list that is activated when
failing returned parts. But when the same reasons are added under DMR type
they do show up in the drop down list. Likewise when I add a reason via the
drop down list (using the <add>) the reason gets added to the DMR types. So
both ways it is using the DMR type reason codes. Apparently it does not use
the codes entered for RMA type at all. There was a change realted to
linking RMAs amf DMR between 5.10 and 5.20 so maybe this was part of that.
We never used 5.10.
They mentioned some stuff about settings the companuy configuration but I
don't see anything there at all. We have reason codes for labor scrap and
rework turned on (a whole different set of reason codes) but I see no check
boxes anywhere related to RMAs.
So I'm just curious if this is a bug in patch 313 or maybe due to some
system setting unique to here. If nobody else on 313 or earlier sees this
then it might be a local issue and not a bug in this patch level.
