Purchase Order Release Totals

Are you looking only for the total of all of the releases? If so, you can suppress the details of the releases, however, the generic form without any modifications has the total of the line and then breaks down the releases.

I have been asked by our purchasing department to modify the POForm.rpt so it places a order line total in the qty section instead of the total of the first release of the line. I have looked through the PO Detail and the PO Release fields in crystal and do not see a field for line total.

Another option would be if anyone has written a succesful formula to place a total on single release PO's and a See Release Totals if a multi release line. I am not familiar enough with the purchase order form databases to know where these fields might be hidden

Any help would be appreciated.
