IF we are creating a PO for a subcontract operation, I know that the flow downs come from the comment field on the operation. However if Purchasing needs to have there own instructions, how is it possible to get their comments on the PO automatically.
@richgibbons How automatic are you thinking? Static or Job dependent? If the comment is added to the suggestion it will go to the PO. If you add it to the part for the subcontract then it will flow Part>Job>Suggestion>PO. If it doesn’t in your scenario for making the job then you can put a bpm on PO suggestions to add it to the suggestion as they are loaded.
