Purchase Order Entry glitch: Vantage 5.10.124

We have had what sounds like the same problem. Called tech support and they
e-mailed a program that allowed you to delete the bad entries. Easy to use.
In our case, a purchasing agent was causing his own grief by switching
screens in the middle of creating his record, then forgetting what he had
started and starting over - he finally figured it out himself!

Purchase Order with Errors (91) (984)

Somehow (new person to Po's and Vantage) a Purchase Order was created and
the only information it contains is a number and a buyer. It does not
contain a Vendor or any other header information.

We cannot delete it. It does not show up in PO Tracker.

Is anyone is aware of a fix? Any foreseeable problems if we just live with
it?

The error messages are as follows (can only get there from PO entry search
button)

No POHeader record available (91)

Error Attempting to push run time parameters on the stack (984).

We have experienced the same issue recently on 5.10.128 but as yet support
haven't found a solution for us. The only problem we have found is that the
buyer in question now cannot mass print purchase orders.

We had this problem as well. At the time we where on SQL Server instead of
Progress for our database. The only way to get rid of them was to manually
delete them from the database. Tech support wasn't able to help us. We
haven't had this problem since we have been back on the Progress database.
