We have had what sounds like the same problem. Called tech support and they
e-mailed a program that allowed you to delete the bad entries. Easy to use.
In our case, a purchasing agent was causing his own grief by switching
screens in the middle of creating his record, then forgetting what he had
started and starting over - he finally figured it out himself!

Somehow (new person to Po's and Vantage) a Purchase Order was created and

We cannot delete it. It does not show up in PO Tracker.
