Good Afternoon everyone. This issue has been around since we switched from epicor 9 to 10. We thought it would be fixed when we upgraded to Kinetic Epicor, but the issue still occurs after updating. So currently we are running Kinetic Epicor and use milestone billings to help make invoices easier. Our issue occurs when we try to project Process Milestones with all Projects selected.
After submitting the process, the task says it runs and is complete, but it seems the process never really runs because the Milestone Billing Invoice list isn’t updated after running the process.
Now the reason this hasn’t been a huge problem is that if we run project process milestones with a filter on a specific project, then it works just fine.
But we want to make project process milestones a task that runs every day with the system agent. We have scheduled the task and it does seem to run, but just like when we try to run it manually it doesn’t look like it updates the list/runs the process.
