Project data that sums up to the totals on the Project Costs tab in Project Entry

Hi, I am working in Epicor ERP 10.2.100.12.

I have been tasked to create either a report or BAQ that will not only show the numbers on the Project Costs Tab in Project entry, but also show the breakdown of each field. The users want to be able to drill down on those totals and see what makes up the total, at a transactional level.

I have the data from the table [Erp].[ProjectCst], but now I need to see what makes up those totals for Estimate, Actual, ManualCTC, CalCTC, Quoted for each Labor, burden, Subcontract, Material, Mtl Burden.

I’ve looked at data from JobHead, JobOper, JobMtl, PartTran and see how these tables could be linked but am hoping for some assistance and ensuring I am pulling the right data from the right tables.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Maybe ProjAnalHistory has what you need.

And how often Build Project analysis is run

@Hally is spot on here. If you’re looking for real-time project info, you may be better off adding up the costs in the associated WBS phase jobs. We use this for labor and it’s amazingly faster than doing a Build Project Analysis and reporting from the project tables.
