Progress Explorer Tool (PET) Error

I am working in a new location that has Vantage already installed. They
are on Vantage 5.1 and I get the following errors when opening the PET.
The PET does open but when it tries to connect the following error comes
up. I am not sure if the PET is something I can reload without
affecting Vantage itself.

An exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue,
the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you
click quit, the application will be shut down immediately.

java.rmi.server.ExportException. Unable to create remote refence;

java.rmi.server.Export.Exception. Listen failed on port: 0;

(When I hit Details on the error I get):
