Products Must Have Primary Tariff ID

We are trying to ship an order to Canada from the USA, but when we go to ship we get the error: “EM0306 Unable to create International Paperwork. Products must have a Primary Tariff ID”

This hasn’t popped up before with international shipments, and for this order the first line shipped but the second and third did not.

I went into Part Entry but I can’t find a difference between the parts that would cause one to ship and not the others, and filling in the tariff codes I have on the “Integrations” tab didn’t help either.

There’s a thread from a few years ago about fixing this with what appears to be the “Manifest Edition” of Epicor, but we don’t have that. Our order is stuck until we can sort this out, so hopefully someone has the answer!

@CVC are you sure you dont use Manifest or QuickShip? that is specifically a QuickShip or manifest error.

Make sure there is a county code on the ship to and the that is integrations tab on the part has a valid tariff code in the Schedule B field.

Also the parts need to exist in QuickShip as well. The tariff code also needs to exist in QuickShip.

Thanks for the help. It looks like I needed both the HTS and Schedule B code to ship the 2nd and 3rd lines (but only HTS for 1st line, go figure). So it did work from the Integrations tab in Part Entry and I didn’t need to locate the Manifest program specifically (which I hunted down on our yearly invoice to verify since you both sounded so sure we must have it!).
