In E9 I had a BAM set on the JobHead table - ProdQty field - this BAM sent an email using the Additional Alert Procedure.
In E10 I have created a Data Directive on JobHead.
Using a Standard - I check the ttJobHead.ProdQty has been changed from any to another and on the True condition send an email.
This does not work - does anyone have this type of functionality working in E10?
Have you isolated which part isn’t working? There are 3 things that could be wrong, the BPM isn’t firing at all, the condition is set up incorrect, or your email setup is incorrect. Isolate each of these possible problems and see which part isn’t working. Then someone can probably help you better.
