Process server and transaction log for multi-company

Is anyone running multi-company? If so have you ever seen a transaction log for the process server? If so how can I access view it? I have the process server for multi-company set up with a 30 minute delay and every time it runs there are over 500 records being processed...I believe this is extremely high so I'd like to see what those records are.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
