Process payment fails after 10.2.200.16 update

Hi All,

i suspect this will require an Epicor Support fix, but wondering if anyone else has encountered this.
We have recently updated from 10.1.600.26 to 10.2.200.16, but after the update whenever we process an AP payment the task errors out with the below message:
“There is at least one compilation error.
ElectronicReports_PE_Format_3_3.cs(8,16): error CS0234: The type or namespace name ‘RptBase’ does not exist in the namespace ‘Ice.Core’ (are you missing an assembly reference?)”

We do not run any customizations or BPM’s on the AP module, so not sure what isn’t compiling here.
I’m not too familiar with what this process is actually doing in the background, could anyone point me in the right direction?

I have done some reading and figured this out.

Our has been broken for a long time, but error reporting has come in latest version

Hi Lisa,

In our case it was because there was an integration that has been broken for the last few years, but error only got implemented in recent version.

try changing the payment method to AP manual - this solved the issue for us

Thank you. In our case we can’t change it to manual. We found out that the interface got changed to a different program during upgrade. So we changed it back.
