Things that have worked here (some already noted):
1. Keep Mfgwrk61 (or whatever) on user PC cleaned out
2. Apply all Crystal patches to user PC (see Epicor FTP site Crystal folder or Business Objects web site)
3. Copy selected Crystal related .DLL files from Vantage server to client (like crpe32.dll expecially)
(or....use distribution wizard to distribute ANY small report with .DLLs included to the user PC)
4. Vague recollection about running some regocx routine on user PC
5. Try to use a generic a print driver for a printer a possible
6. In Crystal developer...print preview a report to a suspect printer where issue has occured - then save the report.
Not gauranteed but we have not had any of this issue in a long time (over a year).

Might want to try and only print to the default printer (configured
through the control panel). Since we have been doing that the printing
issues have gone down.

Subject: [Vantage] Problems with printing
Every once and a while when we try to print from Vantage, nothing
actually prints. If we click the print button in vantage, the vantage
screen pops up that says it's printing but no print icon appears in the
bottom right hand corner of windows that shows that a print job is in
the printer queue.
For it to work, we have to exit out of vantage and reenter to print.
Anybody else experiencing this? Any suggestions?
