You might double-check they got posted... this was released in 6.1.505:

JC Job Management (SCR 7973)

Issue: The COS/WIP Processing Date Verification window shows transactions
that were costed but not posted, older than 90 days.

Solution: The logic now avoids records more than 90 days old.

We have packing slips that never post - there is no $ amount on them because they I believe were voided causing some weird problem... Epicor told me to go into each job and do an job adjustment on each one in and out and then change the date and post... this worked for the one month but then the next month they were back again...

Really they posted after 6.1 - I guess I will try it agian!!
