Problems Closing Sales Orders

Sorry Brian. We haven't seen that one. We are having an issue where if (because of a user mistake) we try to delete a line on a Packing Slip, the Packing Slip then becomes 'locked'. Can't delete it, can't add a line to it, can't unship it (it clicks the Shipped button when you delete the line). This seems to have cropped up on 120 (or perhaps earlier, but definitely on 5.1.).

appeared on the list yet.

Since applying the 120 patch on 5.1, we have been having problems with the
shipping/receiving module not closing off lines on the sales release. Anyone
else had this happen?

Not that we have noticed. We have been on 120 for a week or so. I will

We are having problems if we have multiple lines on the packing slip
both shipping towards the same Sales Order Release. Even though the
second release gets marked "shipped complete," and the packing slip
gets marked, "shipped," the Sales Order Release remains open.

We are running patch 116 though, not 120.

Brian, We are on 5.1.113 and have noticed this problem as well.
It doesn't appear to have any consistent pattern but we are
monitoring it in the hope of finding some common dominator. It doesn't
do it all the time. I usually blame the user first.... but there are too
many of them for that to be the problem. Anyone else?!?
