You could create a report builder report that lists a PO for receiving. Add
it to the Vantage Menu Structure under "Material Management / Shipping &
Receiving / Reports". This also lets you control what they get to see, for
example you may want not want do display price, tax exempt, the G/L account,
etc...

Why not use the purchasing report "Open Purchase Order"? There's no way
they
could do an edit, so security would not be compromised. You could put a
shortcut for only it on their computer. I personally feel receiving/
warehouse should not be able to print orders because of the other privileges
that gives them.

Our receiving department wants to print POs also. I haven't given them
access to PO entry but purchasing prints POs for the receiving department.
Alternatively, our Vantage consultant suggested that there is no reason for
receiving to print copies of POs or even have copies of POs for that matter;
everything is available online.
